Skopje, 2 November 2025 (MIA) – Voter turnout by 11 am in the second round of the 2025 local elections is 9.21% according to data from 1,276 polling stations (92.94%), said the State Election Commission (SEC). Voter turnout in the City of Skopje by 11 am is 8.30% according to data from 611 polling stations (89.20%). Voting takes place Sunday for mayors in 32 municipalities and the City of Skopje and a repeat vote takes place for municipal councilors in three polling stations in Shuto Orizari.

State Election Commission (SEC) spokeswoman Radica Todorovska said voting goes smoothly without major problems apart from a small technical issue in Dojran with an UBIK device, but voting continued with the use of UV lamp and spray.

Until 11 am, voter turnout is highest in Probishtip – 22%, and in Krushevo – 19.92%. The lowest turnout so far has been registered in Saraj – 1.86%.

Voter turnout in the City of Skopje is 8.3%, meaning 35,097 people voted according to data from 611 polling stations (89.2%).

Voter turnout by 11 am in Bogovinje is 6.67%, Brvenica – 11%, Butel - 7.34, Valandovo - 13.3, Vinica - 13.07, Gazi Baba - 7.62, Debar - 6.69, Debarca - 13.99, Demir Kapija - 19. 92, Dojran - 17.43, Dolneni - 9.37, Gjorce Petrov - 8.72, Zrnovci - 15.89, Karposh - 10.83, Kisela Voda - 10.25, Kicevo - 15.32, Kochani - 9.99, Krushevo - 19.92, Kumanovo - 6.42, Lozovo - 20.87, Makedonska Kamenica - 15.05 percent, Makedonski Brod - 13.5, Mogila - 10.61, Negotino - 12.86, Probishtip - 22, Rankovci - 18.29, Rosoman - 14.26, Saraj - 1.86, Struga - 8.88, Studenichani - 7.73, Tetovo - 8.21, Centar - 10.24, Cheshinovo-Obleshevo - 15.46, Chair - 2.34, Chucer Sandevo - 15.85, and Shuto Orizari - 5.93%.
