Brussels, 6 December 2023 (MIA) - North Macedonia has already taken major steps towards joining the EU, said European Commission Vice-President and European Commissioner for Promoting our European Way of Life, Margaritis Schinas, after a meeting with Deputy PM for European Affairs and Chief Negotiator with the EU, Bojan Marichikj, in Brussels on Thursday.

"We encourage our friends in Skopje to seize the momentum and move forward with key reforms, with a focus on constitutional changes and the rule of law," Schinas wrote on X.
