Skopje, 5 August 2025 (MIA) — Compared to July 2024, restaurant food prices in July 2025 were higher by 8.1%. Restaurant prices of alcoholic beverages rose by 8.4% and those of soft drinks rose by 6.1%, according to the latest figures released by the State Statistical Office.

Compared to June 2025, hospitality industry prices of food, beverages and lodging in July 2025 were 0.5% higher overall. Compared to July 2024, hospitality industry in July 2025 climbed 5% overall.

Cumulatively, January through July 2025 hospitality industry prices, compared to the prices during those same months in 2024, rose by 5.3%. mr/
