Skopje, 11 November 2022 (MIA) - President Stevo Pendarovski at the sidelines of the 5th Paris Peace Forum met with Swiss President Ignazio Cassis and Hungarian President Katalin Novak. Pendarovski and Cassis discussed their countries' relations, firmly established on a positive development course, the President's office said in a press release. Pendarovski praised the fact that Switzerland is one of the most important partners of North Macedonia in implementing reforms in key areas, including democratic governance, sustainable economic development, the environment and sustainable public services. During the meeting with President Novak, it was concluded that North Macedonia and Hungary have been fostering excellent bilateral relations in several areas of mutual interest, said the press release. North Macedonia, said Pendarovski, appreciates Hungary's support for the EU integration process and hopes that it will further intensify throughout the country's EU accession process. President Pendarovski is paying a working visit to France to attend the 5th Paris Peace Forum.
