Skopje, 21 February 2023 (MIA) - A number of institutions and facilities have received bomb threats and police checks are ongoing, the Ministry of Interior said on Tuesday.

Bomb threats have been sent to e-mails of the Museum of the City of Skopje, Museum of Natural Sciences, Archaeological Museum, Museum of Macedonian Revolutionary Struggle, Mother Teresa Memorial House, GTC, East Gate and Biser malls, Flatiron and Cevahir buildings, Administrative Court, Presidential villa, hotels Merriott and Aleksandar Palace, Boris Trajkovski Sports Center, Railway Station and Football Federation of Macedonia.

Upon receiving the reports, police officers have undertaken the required measures and anti-terrorist units are currently conducting the required checks, said the MoI.
