Skopje, 16 November 2024 (MIA) - President Gordana Siljanovska Davkova has decided to set up a Youth Council as a periodical working body that reviews and analyzes issues related to young people, youth policies and initiatives arising from the youth's needs, towards enhancing their position in society.

The Youth Council, set up in light of November 17-International Students' Day, comprises a chair and 19 members. It can also invite members of the academia and experts, representatives of scientific institutions, youth and student associations, and businesses to take part in its work, the President's Office said in a press release.
