Skopje, 15 January 2025 (MIA) - Chief Prosecutor Ljupcho Kocevski and Minister of Interior Panche Toshkovski signed Wednesday an agreement on cooperation and electronic data interchange, which will be carried out through the National Interoperability platform.

According to the agreement, Public Prosecutor's Office (PPO) will get electronic access to the Ministry of Interior (MoI) databases on nationality, motor vehicles, residence and gun ownership.

Prosecutor Kocevski and Minister Toshkovski also discussed a number of current issues related to the coordination between the two institutions, aimed at efficient persecution of crime perpetrators, the PPO said in a press release.
