Skopje, 5 January 2023 (MIA) – Power Plants of North Macedonia (ESM) produced 17,904 MWh of electricity on Wednesday, fully meeting the needs of household and small consumers, the Government said in a press release.

Thermal power plants produced 8,179 MWh of electricity, while hydro plants and Bogdanci Wind Park produced 9,725 MWh.

On Wednesday, ESM bought 1.000 MWh of electricity to supply hospitals, child care centers, schools, public enterprises, food manufacturing companies and other critical infrastructure, reads the press release.
