Skopje, 14 September 2022 (MIA) – Police officers detained late Tuesday two persons from Radovish and one from Skopje for migrant smuggling. The police stopped a vehicle driven by one of the suspects at a road in the area of Dojran and found seven migrants from Syria inside, whereas another vehicle with the other two detainees served as the advance car, the Ministry of Interior said in a press release. The migrants have been transferred to the Gevgelija reception-transit center, while he detainees will be charged accordingly.
