Skopje, 26 August 2024 (MIA) - The number of recorded Covid-19 cases between August 19-25 stands at 213, which is a 21.4-percent drop in cases compared to the previous week.

Cases were recorded in 18 cities, most of which in Skopje - 99, followed by Kavadarci - 23, Ohrid – 20, Tetovo – 18, and Bitola 17, whereas the largest number of cases involve the +60 age group.

Two people died as a result of the virus, aged 48-88, with underlying illnesses, the Public Health Institute said.
