Skopje, 4 June 2022 (MIA) — In a social media post, President Stevo Pendarovski condemned the arson attack against the Bulgarian cultural center in Bitola. “I strongly condemn the setting on fire of the building of the cultural center of the Bulgarian community in Bitola. Such acts are a provocation and are not helpful in our improving relations with Bulgaria,” President Pendarovski wrote on Facebook. Pendarovski called on the authorities to conduct a fast and detailed investigation and to take all necessary measures to find and sanction the perpetrators. mr/
