“You as parliamentarians can launch many initiatives and use your position so that your voice can be heard in the other national parliaments and above all in the European Parliament, where the issue of enlargement and the integration of the countries of the region is being treated with special importance,” Tajani said at the meeting, according to the press release.
Speaker Gashi voiced hopes that the country and the region will become part of the European Union fairly soon, stressing that the country has shown great capacity for dialogue and compromises on the path to the fulfillment of its strategic goals.
