Osmani-Selakovic: Regional countries to intensively cooperate on overcoming economic and energy crisis
Skopje, 21 October 2022 (MIA) – The Euro-integration process of both countries and the Western Balkans, as well as the current energy challenges were in the focus of discussions between Foreign Minister Bujar Osmani and Serbian counterpart Nikola Selakovic at the sidelines of the Berlin Process meeting on Friday.
“Regional countries should intensively cooperate, not only regarding our bilateral and regional cooperation, but also towards overcoming the current economic and energy crisis,” said FM Osmani.
Osmani and Selakovic expressed satisfaction from the development of bilateral relations, with a tendency to enhance cooperation through regular bilateral visits and partnership within regional initiatives, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a press release.
In this regard, interlocutors reviewed specific projects and initiatives, such as the opening of new border crossings, as well as trade exchange that has been continually increasing.
