Osmani: Will address Chair citizens’ needs daily, through personal example and discipline

Skopje, 6 October 2025 (MIA) - DUI-led National Alliance for Integration’s (NAI) candidate for Mayor of the Municipality of Chair, Bujar Osmani, told journalists Monday that Chair is facing the danger of complete collapse and highlighted the need for discipline, systemic work, and personal commitment as prerequisites for real changes in the Municipality.

“In a few years, if things continue like this, without vision, Chair will be left without roads, without sidewalks, without waters. The citizens will be digging wells in their yards because illegal buildings will be stealing their water. It will be left without sewerage, without air, without the basic living conditions,” Osmani said.

The DUI candidate said the Municipality requires a systemic approach, adding he would continue to tour Chair every morning from 5:30 to 7:30 a.m., “in order to identify the problems and defects in urban infrastructure and then immediately deliver them to the services with specific instruction”.

Osmani said discipline, integrity, and vision are his personal investment in Chair, and not driven by partisan or personal interests.

“Chair requires daily commitment from the very first day of the term. I enter with integrity, experience, discipline, and vision of where we need to go. That is my most important promise to the citizens,” Osmani said.
