Osmani to attend OSCE Conference on Climate Change in Vienna
- OSCE Chairman-in-Office and Foreign Minister, Bujar Osmani, is set to attend OSCE's High-Level Conference on Climate Change in Vienna, Austria on Friday. Osmani will take part in the a panel discussion on 'Bridging national and global action –Regional co-operation to tackle climate change', the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a press release.

Skopje, 6 July 2023 (MIA) - OSCE Chairman-in-Office and Foreign Minister, Bujar Osmani, is set to attend OSCE's High-Level Conference on Climate Change in Vienna, Austria on Friday. Osmani will take part in the a panel discussion on 'Bridging national and global action –Regional co-operation to tackle climate change', the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a press release.
While in Vienna, Minister Osmani will meet with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Aurstria, Alexander Schallenberg, the United States Special Presidential Envoy for Climate and former State Secretary, John Kerry, and the EU's Special Representative for the Belgrade-Pristina Dialogue, Miroslav Lajčak.
The Minister will also attend an event marking the 30th anniversary since the establishment of OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities ‘Lessons Learned and Potential Challenges- Building long-term social cohesion in South Eastern Europe'.
"Climate change and dealing with the security challenges caused by them, and building trust, are part of the key priorities of North Macedonia's OSCE Chairmanship," reads the press release. ssh/nn/
