Skopje, 13 June 2023 (MIA) - Foreign Minister Bujar Osmani said Tuesday a resolution, set to be adopted by Germany later in the week, is only а start in the chain of such documents to reaffirm the identity attributes at a level of member-states, in addition to the Negotiating Framework.

Asked by reporters if the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was in communication with other European countries over such support, FM Osmani said these activities had started right after the adoption of the Negotiating Framework, whereas the concrete result is starting from the Bundestag.

"Our activities with member-states began on the day the Negotiating Framework was adopted. This communication has been uninterrupted and I am pleased to say that it starts from the center of Europe, Berlin, and the Bundestag, where political parties are set to adopt a resolution that reaffirms the identity attributes and what the EU has already confirmed in the Negotiating Framework, and now by individual EU member-states. Of course, this is only the beginning, I cannot announce other countries at this stage, they should do this by themselves. This is only а start in the chain of such documents to reaffirm what is included in the Negotiating Framework in the sense of language, identity etc," said Osmani.
