Skopje, 22 September 2022 (MIA) - Foreign Minister Bujar Osmani at the sidelines of the 77th UN General Assembly met with Kyrgyzstan's Foreign Minister Zheenbek Kulubaev for talks on current global security challenges. Kulubaev presented Kyrgyzstan's views as regards the recent armed clashes at the Kyrgyzstan-Tajikistan border, the Foreign Ministry said. "Minister Osmani welcomed the ceasefire and the consequent efforts made for peaceful settlement of the crisis. Also, he said that North Macedonia as a member of the OSCE Troika and future holder of the chairmanship supports the engagement of the Polish chairmanship and the Secretary General to reduce tensions and for stabilization," said the press release.
