Skopje, 26 May 2023 (MIA) - The OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Minister of Foreign Affairs of North Macedonia, Bujar Osmani, will visit Kosovo on Friday.

Chairman Osmani will meet with President Vjosa Osmani-Sadriu, Prime Minister Albin Kurti, and Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Donika Gërvalla-Schwarz.

At the meetings, Osmani will refer to the OSCE's support for the reform achievements of Kosovo's institutions and communities, which, together with the OSCE Mission in Kosovo, have made visible progress in promoting functional democratic institutions, human rights and the rule of law, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a press release.

Together with Kosovo PM Albin Kurti, Osmani will talk to participants of the OSCE Youth Academy and visit the Kosovo Academy for Public Safety to meet a new generation of police cadets from all communities.

Chairman Osmani will also go to Mitrovica to participate in a discussion with local civil society organizations working with youth and children from vulnerable communities.
