Skopje, 13 August 2024 (MIA) – Officers and non-commissioned officers in the Army of North Macedonia will be promoted Tuesday at a ceremony at the General Mihailo Apostolski Military Academy in Skopje.

The 24th class of cadets will be promoted to the rank of second lieutenant, the trainees of the Officer Course to the initial officer rank and the trainees of the basic course for non-commissioned officers to the rank of sergeant, announced the Defense Ministry.

The event will see addresses by President and Supreme Commander Gordana Siljanovska Davkova, Minister of Defense Vlado Misajlovski, and Military Academy dean Colonel Mitko Bogdanovski .

Chief of General Staff, Lieutenant General Vasko Gjurchinovski, Minister for Sports Borko Ristovski, representatives of the military diplomatic corps from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro and high-ranking guests from the Ministry and the Army will also be in attendance.
