Skopje, 23 October 2025 (MIA) – The 2025 October 23 State Award was presented Thursday in a ceremony held in Parliament.

The state recognition is presented for outstanding achievements in science, culture, education, protection of state interests and promotion of state priorities, values and cultural and historical heritage of public interest of the Republic of North Macedonia.

This year’s recipients include Goce Todorovski (actor), Aleksandar Kujundziski (writer of children’s books), Bratislav Tashkovski (poet, playwright and journalist) and academic Bozhin Pavlovski (writer).
President Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova was in attendance.
