Skopje, 30 August 2024 (MIA) - The O2 Initiative presented Friday an online platform aimed at fighting corruption in the process of adopting urban plans and legislation in Parliament. It allows citizens to get informed about the process of adopting laws and recognizing corruption, as well as concrete examples on how they can get actively involved in monitoring the processes.
The citizens can also use the platform to directly report corruption.
According to Tatjana Chakulev from O2, the idea behind the platform is “to help in our own way and collect everything we’ve learned over the years in one place so that more citizens can get involved in actively monitoring and reporting irregularities”.
The platform has been created with the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and in partnership with MCMS.
