Skopje, 17 January 2024 (MIA) — The political party Nova Alternativa [New Alternative] will hold a convention Wednesday to promote its new president Danela Arsovska.

The convention will take place at Hotel Continental at 6 pm, the political party said.

In a TV appearance on Jan. 5, Arsovska said she was planning on founding a political party, but declined to answer whether the party would launch an election campaign ahead of the parliamentary elections in May.

Nova Alternativa was founded by Gjorgji Orovchanec in 2007. mr/
