Skopje, 24 October 2023 (MIA) — North Macedonia and the Ministry of Interior will host the annual EU-Western Balkans Ministerial Forum on Justice and Home Affairs on Oct. 26–27 in Skopje.

The announcement was made by Interior Minister Oliver Spasovski in a Facebook post.

"It is a special honor and pleasure that this year, and for the second time during my term in office, the Republic of North Macedonia and the Interior Ministry have received another recognition – the honor of hosting the EU-Western Balkans Ministerial Forum on Justice and Home Affairs on Oct. 26–27," Spasovski wrote.

The ministerial meeting is an opportunity for regional government ministers and representatives of EU institutions to discuss issues of common concern, to review Western Balkan countries' European integration progress, and to exchange views on latest developments. mr/
