North Macedonia registers 24 new COVID-19 infections and no deaths
Skopje, 25 July 2021 (MIA) – Data of the Public Health Institute in the past 24 hours show that 24 new COVID-19 cases were registered. There were no deaths and six patients were registered as having recovered. After 4,133 test conducted in the same time period, new cases were registered in Skopje, Tetovo, Kumanovo, Prilep, Kichevo, Bitola, Ohrid, Strumica, Kochani, Radovish, and Debar, said the Health Ministry of Sunday. Since the onset of the epidemic, North Macedonia has registered 156,078 confirmed coronavirus cases and 150,276 people have recovered. The death toll stands at 5,489. At the moment, there are 310 active cases nationwide, including 105 in the capital Skopje. A total of 953,144 COVID-19 tests have been conducted so far in the country.
