Skopje, 30 January 2024 (MIA) - Due to expiration of mandates ahead of elections, the Health Ministry said Tuesday that it published announcements in three public health institutions for the selection of four directors.

"Fadil Cana will be the new director of the Infectious Diseases Clinic, according to the submitted documentation. Mandate extensions were given to Viktorija Jovanovska who was appointed medical director and Jeton Shaqiri as organizational director at the Gynecology and Obstetrics University Clinic in Skopje. Stojan Bajraktarov has been appointed medical director at the University Clinic for Psychiatry," the Health Ministry said in a press release.

All appointed directors, the Health Ministry adds, are experts in their field and have many years of experience. ssh/nn/
