- All three certificates of no criminal record (criminal, penal, and misdemeanor), proof of citizenship, the five most commonly used services from the Cadastre, and certificates of employment from the Employment Service Agency and the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund are just some of the documents that citizens can obtain online in a very short time via the national portal https://uslugi.gov.mk/ . When the portal started operating, around 1,200 services were provided monthly, but now the number has risen to 13,200. The number of users has also increased, from about 100,000 to 200,000, Minister of Digital Transformation Stefan Andonovski said Sunday.
Skopje, 21 September 2025 (MIA) - All three certificates of no criminal record (criminal, penal, and misdemeanor), proof of citizenship, the five most commonly used services from the Cadastre, and certificates of employment from the Employment Service Agency and the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund are just some of the documents that citizens can obtain online in a very short time via the national portal https://uslugi.gov.mk/ . When the portal started operating, around 1,200 services were provided monthly, but now the number has risen to 13,200. The number of users has also increased, from about 100,000 to 200,000, Minister of Digital Transformation Stefan Andonovski said Sunday.
According to him, today nearly 70 institutions are connected to the interoperability platform, whereas at the beginning there were 40.
“Interoperability indicates that these institutions are already sharing data with each other, and as I stated, by the end of the term we aim to make all the most-used services for citizens available on the national portal https://uslugi.gov.mk/ . When the portal started operating, around 1,200 services were provided monthly, but now the number has risen to 13,200. The number of users has also increased, from about 100,000 to 200,000,” Andonovski said during a press conference while answering journalists’ questions.
The last service to be digitized, the minister noted, is that of the State Statistical Office, which all students use when registering for a year or semester.
Andonovski also announced at the press conference the upcoming Western Balkans Digital Summit 2025 (WBDS25), which is to take place in Skopje on 1-2 October.
