Skopje, 21 November 2023 (MIA) - NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has arrived in Skopje, with Defence Minister Slavjanka Petrovska welcoming him at the Skopje International Airport. 

"Warm welcome to NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg in North Macedonia, a committed and proven ally. We are honored that the Macedonian capital will host a joint meeting with the leaders of North Macedonia and the allies - Albania, Croatia, Montenegro and Slovenia. It shows that NATO appreciates North Macedonia's role as an ally and an important pillar of stability in the Western Balkans," said Minister Petrovska upon welcoming the NATO Secretary General, as cited by the Ministry of Defence. 

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg's visit to North Macedonia is part of his Western Balkans tour.
