Skopje, 12 September 2024 (MIA) - Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Timcho Mucunski held a phone call on Thursday with Ukrainian counterpart Andrii Sybiha. 

Mucunski reaffirmed the country's support for Ukraine, noting that it will continue in the future. He highlighted that as NATO member, the country remains committed to providing strong political and practical assistance to Ukraine as it defends its independence and territorial integrity, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a press release. 

The phone conversation also touched on bilateral matters, with Mucunski and Sybiha expressing confidence that good cooperation between the two countries will continue in the coming period. 

In that direction, the two ministers agreed to hold a working meeting on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York.
