Skopje, 7 July 2025 (MIA) - As fire spreads near Blace, police has stopped traffic along the Stenkovec-Blace border crossing road in both directions, and the Blace border crossing has been closed, the Ministry of Interior (MoI) said in a press release. 

In coordination with other competent institutions, adds the press release, the Ministry is taking measures to extinguish the fire.

The MoI appeals to citizens not to head towards the Blace border crossing until the fire is extinguished and traffic resumes as normal, regarding which the Ministry will inform the public in a timely manner.
