Skopje, 23 September 2025 (MIA) - I believe we will again administer democratic elections in Macedonia, said Minister of Interior Panche Toshkovski on Tuesday.

When quizzed by reporters about the country's security ahead of the local elections, Toshkovski said the Ministry of Interior launched operation "Elections 2025" a couple of weeks ago, including all actions required for the preparation of the election process itself.

"The police services are undertaking all actions for preparation of the election process. I held a meeting with the State Election Commission, several technical meeting have also taken place. We are undertaking all steps in our jurisdiction. I believe we will again administer democratic elections in Macedonia," said Toshkovski.
