Skopje, 2 December 2021 (MIA) – Minister of Interior Oliver Spasovski is paying on Thursday an official visit to Slovenia, during which he will take part in the EU-Western Balkans Ministerial Forum, organized by the Slovenian EU Presidency and taking place at Brdo near Kranj. Spasovski, his office said in a press release, held a bilateral meeting on Thursday morning with EU Counter-Terrorism Coordinator Ilkka Salmi, during which he presented North Macedonia’s achievements in implementing the joint counter-terrorism action plan. At the ministerial forum, Spasovski will address working sessions on migration, fight against terrorism and managing organized crime, and present North Macedonia’s strategic goals and activities. At the sidelines of the forum, the Minister is set to hold bilateral meetings with European Commissioner for Home Affairs Ylva Johansson and the Executive Director of the European Asylum Support Office (EASO) Nina Gregori.
