MoH: 638,428 citizens vaccinated with at least one dose
Skopje, 20 August 2021 (MIA) — As of today, 638,428 citizens have received at least one Covid-19 vaccine dose in the country and 495,803 citizens have received two, according to the Ministry of Health on Friday. On Thursday, 17,623 people were vaccinated against Covid-19 nationwide. Of them, 13,275 received their first vaccine dose. A total of 1,134,231 vaccine doses have been administered so far. The Ministry of Health’s latest figures show that 70 percent of the population over 70; 67 percent of the population over 65; 63 percent of the population over 60; and 53 percent of the population over 50 have received at least one vaccine dose. Walk-in vaccinations are available at the Skopje Boris Trajkovski Sports Arena as well as other vaccination sites in Skopje, Kavadarci, Kumanovo, Tetovo, Shtip, Bitola, Strumica, Ohrid, Veles, and Prilep.
