MoH: 48 burn patients still treated abroad as seven return home

Skopje, 11 April 2025 (MIA) – Seven patients after being treated in hospitals in Vienna, Ankara, Madrid, Warsaw, Maribor, Athens and Thessaloniki will return home today. This means that 48 patients remain in medical centers abroad, the Health Ministry (MoH) said Friday.

The condition of patients treated abroad, including that of critical patients, remains the same, said the press release.

Seven patients, who were injured in the March 16 deadly fire in Kochani, are being treated in hospitals in the capital Skopje.

“The Health Ministry has been continuously monitoring the treatment of burn patients so as to provide the best possible treatment and future rehabilitation,” said Friday’s press release.
