Skopje, 18 September 2023 (MIA) - Minister of Interior Oliver Spasovski met Monday with the newly appointed Austrian Ambassador to North Macedonia, Martin Pammer.

According to the Interior Ministry, at the meeting they discussed the great cooperation, primarily between the two countries, with Austria being the number one foreign investor in North Macedonia, and the great cooperation in the area of internal affairs; as well as the commitment to various current topics, such as the dedication to regional and global security, fight against terrorism, cyber-crime, fight against migrant smuggling and illegal migration, as some of the priority topics, the Ministry of Interior announced in a press release.

Ambassador Pammer stressed Austria's support for North Macedonia's EU integration. In doing so, he expressed hope for faster integration and even greater deepening of the relationship between the two countries.ssh/ad/
