Skopje, 30 March 2025 (MIA) – Minister of Education and Science Vesna Janevska confirmed Sunday that all members of staff in elementary and high schools will receive a 7-percent pay raise in April.

“Unfortunately, speciation spread on social media claiming there is an issue with the announced pay raise. It’s not true, I reassure you that this year too, teachers will receive the 7-percent pay raise in April,” the minister told reporters before participating in the third Women’s Economic Forum in Skopje.

Janevska added that all employees in the schools, both elementary and secondary, will have a pay raise next month.
