Minister Andonovski promotes m.Uslugi - an app carrying Macedonia on the palm of the hand
- At the Western Balkans Digital Summit, Minister of Digital Transformation Stefan Andonovski presented m.Uslugi, a national super app, calling it “revolution of the mind and action.” Super-app means the application will feature all services the country is offering to the citizens with a chance to store electronic documents, the most used services, a reminder for deadlines and an inbox.
Skopje, 4 October 2025 (MIA) – At the Western Balkans Digital Summit, Minister of Digital Transformation Stefan Andonovski presented m.Uslugi, a national super app, calling it “revolution of the mind and action.” Super-app means the application will feature all services the country is offering to the citizens with a chance to store electronic documents, the most used services, a reminder for deadlines and an inbox.
“This is an app that carries the country on the palm of your hand – an app for all crucial documents, an app for everything. M.Uslugi is the new and unique super-app, which is easy to download, browse, join and use,” said Andonovski.
The m.Uslugi app allows the citizens to have the most important documents, including ID, on their mobile phones all the whole providing complete safety and control of their own data. An ultra-safe QR code allows information to be shared without risk by using encryption with the highest security standards.
In phase one, the app offers two of the most used public services. This is only the beginning, said the Minister.

“Every new version will offer new services and new surprises for your,” Andonovski added.
In a speech at the summit, Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski underlined the importance of m.Uslugi app for the future of the country’s digital transformation, adding: “This is the beginning of the digital revolution that will fundamentally change the country.”
“We are proud to present the m.Uslugi app. It is a symbol of the new era – all documents in one digital wallet, secure data exchange, reminder of deadlines and obligations, complete transparency and trust,” said Mickoski thanking Minister Andonovski and his team for, as he said, "the fierce and hard work" in the implementation of this initiative.
With the app, Macedonia is making major steps toward digital transformation securing a modern, efficient and safe access to public services.
“The app is in a test phase intended for testing real data. Any interested tester, user, programmer can download it in the manner described in the attached document with a QR code and instructions for installing the application. After receiving feedback from users, the final first version of the application will be available by the end of the year. Therefore, we invite all interested enthusiasts to download, test and provide comments on the super application m.Uslugi,” said the Ministry for Digital Transformation in a press release.
