Milevski’s resignation submitted to Parliament
Skopje, 4 October 2022 (MIA) – The Government forwarded on Tuesday the resignation of Minister of Local Self-Government, Goran Milevski, to the Parliament, and it has already been submitted to the MPs.
The Parliament said it would announce at a later date the session on Milevski’s resignation.
So far, the Parliament has not received a proposal for the election of a new Minister of Local Self-Government. According to information from the Liberal Democratic Party, Risto Penov is to be proposed for post.
Milevski tendered his resignation on September 20, citing personal reasons.
A new session of the Parliament is scheduled for October 17.
