Skopje, 14 October 2024 (MIA) - Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski will participate in the 2024 Berlin Process Summit convened in Berlin on Monday, with representatives from Western Balkans and EU countries.  

The Macedonian delegation led by PM Mickoski also includes Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Timcho Mucunski, Minister of Interior Panche Toshkovski and Minister of European Affairs Orhan Murtezani. 

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen are expected to hold a joint press conference on the results of the summit, the Government said in a press release. 

Participants in the summit traditionally include the six Western Balkan countries, countries-supporters Austria, France, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Great Britain, Poland, and Greece and Bulgaria since 2019, as well as the rotating Presidency of the Council of the EU, the Regional Cooperation Council, CEFTA and THE Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO). 

In addition, PM Mickoski is to hold several bilateral meetings.
