Skopje, 26 September 2025 (MIA) - Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski told journalists Friday that pensions would increase from October 1, adding that another increase would follow in spring. 

“As of October 1, there will be an initial adjustment of pensions, a linear increase, followed by another in the spring. This will complete the investment cycle and result in a total linear pension increase of Mden 7.000 per pensioner, which exceeds the Mden 5.000 we discussed during the campaign,” the Prime Minister said in answer to a journalist’s question.
