Skopje, 24 August 2024 (MIA) - Those interested in destabilizing the country are most skillful when there is instability. Democracy means stable institutions and we will do everything to protect institutions, said Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski on Saturday regarding his recent statements of individuals wanting to destabilize the country.

"This is the information on the destabilization. All those who went from poor to millionaires and ruled over Macedonia in the past seven years have an interest in destabilizing the country because they are most skillful when there is instability. But the Government will fight for a stable state and stable institutions, because democracy means stable institutions and we will do everything to protect these institutions," PM Mickoski told reporters.

He added that the law must prevail everywhere and for all, and this is in the focus of the government partners.

Earlier this month, the PM said there are indications of individuals with millions in their pockets, some of them officials in former governments, who are trying to mobilize people to destabilize the country's interethnic harmony.
