Skopje, 4 August 2023 (MIA) — Media Information Agency staff staged another 30-minute warning protest in front of MIA's newsroom Friday after their demand for higher wages was not considered at the government's session on Aug. 1.  

The protesters, supported by the Independent Union of Journalists and Media Workers, are demanding higher pay in line with rising living expenses.

The media workers said they were also considering more radical forms of protest, which they would discuss in more detail at the seventh warning protest scheduled for Monday at 11 am. mr/
