Man admitted to Emergency Center with stab wound, three traffic accidents, 23 acute intoxications
Skopje, 1 January 2024 (MIA) - A total of 103 examinations were conducted overnight at the Skopje-based Emergency Center, with another 23 at the Toxicology Clinic.
Besides three injured persons in traffic accidents, a 20-year-old man was brought in with a stab wound to the Emergency Center and is currently in stable condition.
All cases at the Toxicology Clinic were acute intoxinations and all patients, most of whom women, have been released for home treatment.
Of the 23 intoxicated patients, 12 were adults while 11 were minors. The youngest patient was 14 while the oldest was 63.
