Skopje, 23 June 2025 (MIA) - Ambassador of the Sovereign Order of Malta, Francesco Saverio Giusti, and Health Minister Azir Aliu agreed Monday on signing a Memorandum of Cooperation for training of medical staff at clinics in Malta and other European countries.

Ambassador Giusti and Minister Aliu also discussed the support provided by Malta, especially through donations for the Macedonian health system, with a focus on pediatrics.

The Ambassador expressed his readiness to donate medical materials for the injured in the Kochani nightclub fire, in response to the request from the Ministry of Health. These donations aim to support the youngest generations in North Macedonia, the country's future, the Embassy of Malta said in a press release.
