Sofia, 3 November 2022 (MIA) – The Burgas prosecutor’s office has ordered a 72-hour detention to two nationals of North Macedonia and Romania who are suspected of organizing an illegal transport of migrants from Afghanistan. The Macedonia national is suspected of organizing an illegal transport of 26 Afghan migrants, who were found in the village of Draganci in Bulgaria’s Burgas region over the weekend. The Romanian national is suspected of illegal transport of 27 Afghans, who were found in the same area earlier this week. The migrants were transported in two vehicles of the same make and model.
