Skopje, 31 December 2024 (MIA) — The country's capital is hosting several New Year's Eve concerts by Macedonian music acts to say goodbye to 2024 and welcome 2025. 

The City of Skopje is organizing a "Holiday Magic 2025" concert at Macedonia Square, beginning at 7:30 pm. It will feature performances by Sarah Mace, Ljubojna, Area, and Nokaut.

The Municipality of Kisela Voda is also organizing a New Year's Eve celebration, "Skopje's New Year's Story," to be held at Rasadnik Sports Arena at 8 pm. Performers include Kuku Lele, DNK, Vrchak, Vlatko Lozanovski, and Igor Dzhambazov and Guru Hare Band.

The municipality has also organized all-day entertainment for children, beginning at 10:30 am with ballet performances and a theater play, and continuing with a children's music, children's entertainers and a visit from "Santa Claus."

Kisela Voda Mayor Orce Gjorgjievski invited all Skopje residents to his municipality's New Year's Eve celebration, promising "unforgettable fun and a lot of positive energy."

Shuto Orizari Mayor Kurto Dudush also invited all Skopje residents to enjoy "the New Year's Eve atmosphere from noon until the morning hours at the local square, featuring an abundance of Roma music." mr/
