Tetovo, 3 October 2025 (MIA) - Levica presented its election programme in Tetovo on Friday, with mayor candidate Katka Bozhinovska saying the focus is placed on environment and urban planning.

"We are here to talk about our Tetovo and our future. I am taking part in this battle because I could not stand aside and see young people leaving the city that is suffocated by corruption and profit for personal interest. Our programme focuses on environment, clean streets, urban planning," said Bozhinovska.

Bobi Ilievski, the principal of the list of candidates for council members, said the programme has been developed through direct meetings with citizens, taking into consideration their real needs.

"We are not promising impossible things. The strength of our struggle depends on the people's support. I assure you we will work in a transparent and honest way, always in the interest of Tetovo residents. We will be your voice in the council and leave a mark in the city's development. It is time for a change, Tetovo deserves changes, we will be the generators of that change, said Ilievski.

Levica leader Dimitar Apasiev attended the event but did not give a media statement, instead talking to the party members and followers.
