Skopje, 23 October 2023 (MIA) - Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski extended congratulations on October 23 – the Day of the Macedonian Revolutionary Struggle. 

Kovachevski says "the continuity of the struggle for freedom and the contribution of the revolutionaries in the realization of the age-old ideal of an independent Macedonian state is today's motive to create a European and progressive Republic of North Macedonia". 

"On today's Day of the Macedonian Revolutionary Struggle, we proudly mention the Macedonian revolutionaries and their strive, perseverance and exceptional courage in the struggle for freedom, sovereignty, independence and Macedonian statehood. The continuity of the struggle for freedom and the contribution of the revolutionaries in the realization of the age-old ideal of an independent Macedonian state is today's motive to create a European and progressive Republic of North Macedonia. Let's continue united, with courage and great strides on the European path to ensure a progressive future for our children," Kovachevski posted on Facebook, congratulating October 23 – the Day of the Macedonian Revolutionary Struggle.
