Skopje, 12 April 2024 (MIA) - Constitutional Court President Dobrila Kacarska held a working meeting with the OSCE/ODIHR election observation mission chief Jillian Stirk.
"Constitutional Court President Kacarska informed Strik that the Constitutional Court does not have jurisdiction to decide directly on the electoral process, but according to the Constitution, it can decide on the constitutionality of the Electoral Code, i.e. the constitutionality and legality of another regulation that regulates issues pertaining to elections," the Constitutional Court said in a press release.
