Skopje, 20 July 2023 (MIA) - North Macedonia will continue to sizzle in the heatwave conditions through Wednesday with temperatures reaching up to 41°C, and an orange heat alert in place, said the National Hydrometeorological Service on Thursday.

The UV index across most of the country will be at a very high rating of 10. 

Sunny and very hot weather is in the forecast for Friday, with a few passing clouds and gentle-moderate winds blowing from the west and northwest. Lows will range between 14°C and 23°C and highs between 34°C and 41°C.
