Skopje, 19 July 2025 (MIA) - Health Minister Azir Aliu met Saturday with E-Health Administration director Fikret Shabani, discussing the challenges related to the "My Appointment" online system and novelties set to be introduced.

"The 'My Appointment' system is one of the aspects where our citizens feel an urgent need for fast, accessible, just and transparent service. One of our priorities is a reform of the system, in order to make it more simple, faster and readily available. We are creating a platform that does not create bariers but opens doors, one that functions in real time and gives priority to citizens," said Minister Aliu.

According to him, the citizens will feel this change in their everyday lives very soon, the Ministry of Health said in a press release.
